These click dates have at least three full intervening weeks to develop revenue as of October 26. Both campaigns exceed the CFO’s 3× mature-cohort floor and approximate 1.9× break-even/red line. ROAS measures attributed revenue, not net profit. Strong historical results do not guarantee returns on additional spend.

CFO GOALPOSTS · ADOPTED OCTOBER 26

Under $200 per paid consult.

$144.74 this week

$55.26 / 27.6% below the $200 ceiling. Estimated consult CPA break-even: ~$315. Weekly CPA rose 10.0% versus the reread prior week, while remaining under the ceiling.

For mature revenue cohorts, aim above 3× ROAS; ~1.9× is the CFO’s break-even/red line. Give new clicks 14–21 days before applying those mature-cohort goalposts.

MONTHLY SPEND PLANNING

$5,600 — a flexible starting point.

Set the growth pace with Greg around how many clients sales can close and coaches can serve well.

Review monthly against performance and operating capacity. This is a planning placeholder, not a fixed cap or a spending commitment. It is separate from the report’s weekly and rolling 30-day spend totals.

CONSULT ACQUISITION

Eight consults, below the CFO’s CPA ceiling.

Consults arrived Monday–Thursday; Friday–Sunday clicks have none attributed yet. We’re preserving the working campaigns. The October 26 meeting proposed a 15% Sales Team increase for October 27, with further steps conditional on performance and sales/coaching capacity; execution is not yet verified.

WHY LAST WEEK’S COUNT CHANGED

7 then. 9 now. The same October 12–18 click dates.

Two later consult purchases were attributed back to October 15 and October 18 clicks. The previous dated dashboard stays unchanged; today’s comparison uses the updated nine consults and $131.56 CPA. This is normal backfill under date-of-click reporting, separate from the earlier all-source purchase reconciliation.

GIVE REVENUE TIME

Revenue is catching up with earlier clicks.

01 / REVENUE

Consult appointments are booked ahead. Allow roughly 14–21 days for revenue to develop, while recognizing earlier closes when they occur. New clicks are not judged as finished results.

SPEND ALLOCATION

Retargeting received more of the Sales Team budget.

October 12–1850.8%
October 19–2588.7%

This continues the intended shift: $306.59 of $345.83 went to retargeting. Retargeting produced one consult in each week; campaign consults moved from three to two. The allocation is as intended, but a consult lift is not yet demonstrated. The morning audit verified a $50 daily budget; the afternoon meeting’s increase plan is not yet verified as live.

CAMPAIGN-FIRST MANAGEMENT

Preserve the wins. Review delivery separately.

Original cold AS6 produced $3,247 in recent revenue. Sales Team cold AS7 retains strong 30-day revenue history but received no delivery this week.

Review allocation and eligibility for AS7 and the Sales Team lookalike ads before considering replacements. Zero delivery is different from creative fatigue. Do not remove a strong revenue reference automatically.

THE PLAN FROM HERE

Keep the working structure. Confirm capacity.

04 / DECISIONS
01Verified live

Fall live; Black Friday next

All four fall ads and the FALLRESET banner were verified live in the morning audit. The plan is to end fall November 2 and start Black Friday November 3 across retargeting images, the order-form coupon banner and blast/nurture promotions. Heidi’s assets are planned for review; implementation is pending.

02Preserve

Campaigns & audience

Keep delivering ads in the campaigns with strong mature ROAS. Leave the existing 50% video-viewer audience unchanged. Review zero-delivery allocation separately.

03Conditional growth plan

Capacity & separate controls

The October 26 meeting proposed a 15% Sales Team-only increase October 27, then tentative November 2 and Monday/Thursday steps. Confirm CPA, mature ROAS and sales/coaching capacity at each step. Implementation is unverified; the original campaign stays unchanged. Separate cold/retargeting campaigns remain a proposal.

REFRESH CHECK

No automatic creative refresh.

Retargeting frequency fell in both campaigns while CPM rose. The full click-quality check remains unavailable. This does not establish creative fatigue or justify disrupting the campaigns. Confirm steadier consult flow and sales availability before increasing spend.

How to read this report Attribution, definitions & validation

Attribution & dates

Hyros · last click · date of click · all sources · USD. Financial snapshot: October 26, 2026, 8:22 a.m. Eastern. Weeks include both endpoints. Hyros returns UTC−05:00; its named timezone is unconfirmed. Meta delivery uses America/Chicago. Meeting scheduling uses America/New_York.

Purchase-week totals can differ from click-week totals and can include organic-attributed purchases. A final organic touch does not prove ads had no earlier influence.

Consults & purchases

Paid consults use native Hyros Unique Sales for $stripe-37/$stripe-47; $stripe-97 remains excluded. Counts are retained at their native grouping, never summed across ads or days. This week: 9 unfiltered unique sales at $128.65 each, versus 8 consults at $144.74 CPA. Consult revenue is $326; total revenue is $3,526. An enrollment close rate is not established.

Prior week now has 9 consults from 10 transactions. One duplicate $47 charge still has no recorded refund; it affects revenue, not the deduplicated consult count. The team needs to confirm its disposition.

Revenue & decisions

ROAS is total attributed revenue divided by spend for matching scope and click dates. The 14–21 day lag is an estimate. Robbie’s October 26 guidance replaces the former 4.5× reference: aim above 3× on mature cohorts, with approximately 1.9× break-even/red line. These economics are CFO-supplied, not independently audited here. Campaigns with healthy mature returns retain delivering ads; no-delivery review checks eligibility before replacement. Paid-consult CPA should remain under $200; estimated break-even is approximately $315. The flexible $5,600 monthly planning figure is reviewed against performance and operational capacity.

Recent revenue is immature: October 19–25 is 3.05× and October 12–25 is 1.67×. Older campaign strength does not guarantee new-cohort results.

Checks & limits

Seven windows reconcile Hyros account, campaign, ad-set and native source spend; revenue independently matches transactions. Native campaign consult counts are verified. Both weekly ad sums reconcile; older ad sums are $1.91 low and 30-day ad sums $0.23 low. Meta spend exceeds Hyros by $1.04 this week and $0.01 prior; financial ratios use Hyros.

Unique outbound CTR/CPC are unavailable. Generated zero-spend fields are excluded. Current delivery is checked separately from ACTIVE metadata. No live advertising, audience, budget, checkout or messaging changes were made.
